My Story

My 6 year old son Louis was diagnosed with Usher Syndrome when he was just 3 years old. The genetic condition causes deafness, progressive vision loss and vestibular dysfunction. Since his diagnosis, our family has been raising awareness to support others with the same condition. In July, I will be participating in Run Melbourne 2016 to raise funds for Centre for Eye Research Australia, one of the world's leading researchers into curing eye conditions. Research gives families like ours hope for the future. Please help by making a donation or sharing my page with your friends and family. Thank you in advance for your generosity, it means a lot!
